Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU)

Certideal extends the legal right of withdrawal from 14 to 21 days after receiving your purchase.

Below you will find all the information to exercise your right of withdrawal in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please note that unlike the legal term of 14 days from the receipt of your purchase, we have decided to extend this right to a term of 21 days.

Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU)

According to Article 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer (or their authorized representative receiving the Product) physically takes possession of the Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, by email or traditional mail, within the period specified in the previous paragraph:

(i) a communication indicating the Customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive; this communication must contain the following information: (i) identification of the Product for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal; (ii) order number. The communication must be sent to the following email address contatti@certideal.it or to the following postal address:

VC Technology

Immeuble Malesherbes

102-116 Rue Victor Hugo

92300 Levallois-Perret

France

Within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of withdrawal (sent in accordance with the above), the Customer must return the purchased Product to Certideal by sending it to the address indicated on the return label that will be sent by Certideal's Customer Service to the Customer via email.

The Customer must strictly follow the instructions provided in the document attached to the email sent by Certideal at the beginning of the return process in order to comply with the established terms for resolving the return. The costs for returning the Product to Certideal are borne by the Customer if the Customer does not use the return methods provided by Certideal. The Customer is solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling the Product other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning: therefore, the Customer is required not to remove any labels attached to the Product.

Certideal will proceed with the full reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Customer (including any shipping costs incurred) without undue delay and in any case within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Certideal is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with this article, provided that it has received the Product as stipulated in Article 3 of the Implementation of Article 13 of the Consumer Rights Directive.

This refund will be made by Certideal using the same payment methods used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties and provided that the Customer does not incur any additional costs as a result of such refund.

After the Product has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled or modified. The return of Products already shipped must in any case be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in this article.
