Certideal is a French company selling and repackaging mobile phones. Our service purchase is supplied by operators who take back smartphones that have known only one owner. Each of the refurbished products offered for sale on our site is then recovered physically by us and follows a three-step approval process on our premises: verification, test and certification.
Our experts are the first to intervene technically on the product, which we repackage ourselves internally, without any other intermediary. When verifying the product, Certideal checks the conformity of the refurbished telephone.
Certideal ensures that the data has been erased correctly, that the device is unlocked, that it is not blacklisted (product prohibited for sale) and that it has not been reported stolen. The aesthetic state of each of our devices is also carefully checked.
In the event of minor repairs to be carried out, our laboratory changes the defective parts. Only products that comply with the standards are sent to our teams of test technicians.
During the product test, Certideal analyzes the functional quality of the refurbished telephone.
Each phone is rigorously tested at 30 checkpoints. These tests are carried out on our premises by our technical teams who are trained in the functional and aesthetic control of refurbished phones.
This is the guarantee of serenity when purchasing and receiving the product reconditioned for our customers: it will conform to the description, in perfect working order and ready to live a second life by your side.
